When analyzing the execution of electronic veterinary accompanying documents in the FSIS "Mercury", the monitoring group found an illegal change in the expiration dates of products.

So, on March 15, 2023, the enterprise produced semi-finished products from poultry meat “pozharsky chicken cutlets” weighing 248 kg with a shelf life until May 1, 2023. Further, from the indicated batch of semi-finished products, products “Pozharsky chicken cutlets” weighing 120 kg are produced , the expiration date of which is illegally extended until September 20, 2023, which is confirmed by the production certificate. Thus, the company did not ensure compliance with food safety requirements.

These actions are a violation of the mandatory requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine", "Veterinary Rules for the Organization of Work on the Registration of Veterinary Accompanying Documents", the Federal Law "On the Quality and Safety of Food Products", the Technical Regulations "On Food Safety" in force on the territory of the EAEU .

In May 2023, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor of JSC Aleksinsky Meat Processing Plant issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements.
