MSBP will allocate a land plot for the Bashkir Limousine project

On Monday, April 4, the HEAD of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, signed an order to allocate a site to MEAT Union of Bashkir Producers LLC (MSBP) for the implementation of the Bashkir Limousine investment project.

Without prior bidding, the company receives at its disposal land with a total area of 122.87 thousand m² in the vicinity of the village of Krivoe-Ilyushkino, Kuyurgazinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The obligation to conclude a lease agreement without the right to capital construction is assigned to the regional ministry of land and property relations.

The Bashkir Limousine project will be implemented on the basis of an agreement signed by Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov and CEO of Meat Union of Bashkir Producers LLC Oleg Avlasevich at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) in early June 2021. Within its framework, it was envisaged the creation of an agro-industrial holding that would unite the assets of MSBP and Meleuzovsky Meat Processing Plant LLC. The final product will be grain-fed marbled beef. To form a solid raw material base, MSBP equips a feedlot for 20,000 heads of breeding cattle for meat production. The total cost of the investment project is estimated at 1.67 billion rubles. After its completion, 130 new jobs will appear in the Kuyurgazinsky district.

The large-scale project "Bashkir Limousine" is divided into two stages. At the first stage, the investor plans to invest 433.5 million rubles, including 200 million rubles allocated for the construction and purchase of livestock for an existing farm. By 2023, the number of breeding animals of the Limousin breed should increase from 1.9 thousand to 5000.

At the next stage, the construction of another livestock complex in the Fedorovsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan will start. For this purpose, in December 2020, Bashkir Limousine Agroholding LLC was registered in the village of Fedorovka. The site is designed for fattening 15 thousand heads of cattle. According to preliminary calculations, the second stage is estimated at 1.23 billion rubles.
