WFP Yuzhnoye will master lean manufacturing technologies as part of the national project

Yuzhnoye MEAT Processing Enterprise LLC has joined the national project “Labor Productivity”.
The project will be implemented on the basis of a trilateral agreement between the company, the Ministry of Economy of the Krasnodar Territory and the Regional Competence Center (RCC).
Under the guidance of consultants, Yuzhnoye WFP staff will master lean manufacturing technologies, optimize business processes and eliminate losses at the selected site.
According to the Minister of Economy of the Krasnodar Territory Alexey Yurtaev, the increase in production volumes has acquired particular importance in the face of sanctions pressure, so the rational distribution of resources at the local level today plays a leading role.
MPP "Yuzhnoye" was founded in 2015 in the city of Gulkevichi. The company supplies pork sides, large cuts, by-products and trimmings in chilled and frozen form to the local market, to the Stavropol Territory, the Rostov Region and the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation.
