Miratorg launches targeted training program for students for 2025

Targeted training is a unique format of training, in which an agreement is created between the customer (future employer), the educational institution and the student, which guarantees high-quality specialized education. The program also offers support and motivation during the study process, and the opportunity to find employment in a large agricultural company immediately after completing the training. Applications for participation can be submitted by 11th grade graduates, graduates of secondary specialized educational institutions, as well as 2nd-4th year students of universities of related specialties.

Representatives of the company noted that work in the agricultural sector is not only a profession, but also an important mission that affects the country's food security. Miratorg recently held a tour of the Molodovoye farm for schoolchildren, where future specialists were able to get acquainted with modern agribusiness and ask questions to experienced employees of the enterprise.
