Miratorg replaced 2.6 thousand imported products in the holding's equipment with domestic counterparts

Miratorg is actively engaged in import substitution of products in technical systems at its enterprises, the company said. According to the holding, in 2022 alone, 2.6 thousand products were replaced with domestic counterparts, while more than 2 thousand drawings were the company's own developments. The company has been engaged in import substitution in this area since 2020.

As explained in the company, the purpose of this process is to reduce dependence on supplies and to control the cost of equipment maintenance. Now the equipment at the enterprises requires 54 thousand maintenance operations per year, while the number of equipment will grow as the holding continues to develop and open new workshops and enterprises.

The company plans to expand the localization of technological chains by combining efforts: for example, enterprises from related industries can create common requests for the production of parts, for convenience, Internet aggregators can be created that will allow manufacturers and suppliers of spare parts to get in direct contact with enterprises. Also, opportunities to create spare parts can be advertised at special exhibitions for industry representatives.

The holding notes that the technological equipment of enterprises at a high level is a priority for the company, since not only production efficiency, but also food safety of products depends on this.
