This is the first publication to contain the experience of not only one specialist, but also the entire company that participated in the restoration of beef cattle breeding in RUSSIA. Each stage of the work is described in an accessible and practical way, including solutions to typical problems and rules for safely completing tasks.

Miratorg has created from scratch the largest vertically integrated production of high-quality beef in Europe "from field to counter" with the center in the Bryansk region. The assets of the interregional project include 96 cattle farms, as well as three feedlots and a complex for slaughtering and processing of cattle with a capacity of 272 thousand tons of products per year.
The project also fulfills an important social mission. One job in beef cattle breeding creates about seven jobs in related industries, because the production chain includes crop production and feed production, slaughter and deep processing, as well as distribution. "Bryansk MEAT Company", which employs more than 9 thousand people, is currently considered an expert in practical training of personnel in the agro-industrial complex.
