An integrated production of high-quality beef created from scratch with a center in the Bryansk region has been developing since 2008. Currently, it unites 100 farms, three feedlots and a complex for the slaughter and processing of cattle with a capacity of 272 thousand tons of products per year. More than 8.5 thousand people are involved in raising Aberdeen Angus. These are mainly rural residents who receive salaries above the industry average. They have all social guarantees and motivation for professional growth.
Miratorg's long-term strategy for the development of beef cattle breeding is far from exhausted. The staff of the departments is expanding, and each job serves as an impetus for the creation of 6–8 more in related industries.
As Miratorg implements corporate programs in beef cattle breeding, it puts agricultural land into circulation, ensures stable demand for crop products and contributes to the development of rural areas. New vacancies are opening up with the expansion of existing production facilities and the launch of additional sites - in particular, a second production base for the repair and maintenance of equipment in the Kaluga region. The holding announced a recruitment of engineers, mechanics, truck drivers, and other specialists. They can count on decent wages and a social package, stable employment, provision of work clothing, and transportation to and from work by corporate vehicles. Those arriving from other regions are provided with housing.
The size of the Aberdeen Angus herd owned by Miratorg exceeded 850 thousand. This year it is planned to produce more than 260 thousand calves from the breeding stock. With the growth of the livestock, the production of branded products from marbled beef increases, thus, the Miratorg cattle breeding project has become an integral part of the country’s food security. Products under the holding's trademark are valued not only in RUSSIA, but also far beyond its borders.
