Agroholding Miratorg is reviewing the development strategy of its retail chain of supermarkets. According to the company, Miratorg responds to market changes by opening new stores and closing inefficient old ones, improving loyalty programs, changing the assortment and prices . For example, Miratorg is working to reduce the amount of imports and in 2023 will reduce its share in the assortment to 20%, and increase the share of its own goods to 50% of the assortment of stores.
To make stores more accessible to the consumer, Miratorg will reduce prices for some socially important goods, the company noted. We are talking about products such as eggs , FLOUR and MILK , rice and buckwheat, potatoes , bread, poultry MEAT and so on. Socially significant goods from third-party manufacturers will be sold under a special price tag "price from the manufacturer."
The holding noted that its own production is a competitive advantage of the Miratorg network. The company produces not only different types of meat and meat gastronomy, but also vegetables, bread and pastries, and culinary products.
