Miratorg presented a wide range of products at the PRODEXPO-2022 exhibition 

As part of the annual international exhibition PRODEXPO-2022, traditionally held in Moscow, ABH Miratorg presented the widest possible range of its own products. The position of the leader in consumer sympathies is still reserved by marbled beef: Black Angus, Matured beef and wagyu.

Sausages in Miratorg are made from pork and marbled beef from their own farms. Even branded spices are produced at the holding's plant in Kaliningrad, which allows us to be flexible when creating new recipes. Currently, the company produces more than 50 types of sausages: boiled sausages, hams, boiled-smoked, semi-smoked, raw smoked, dry-cured sausages, boiled-smoked delicacies, sausages and MEAT snacks. Sausages and frankfurters according to GOST comply with the mandatory requirements of the state standard. Products manufactured according to Miratorg's specifications are designed in such a way that the product has a minimum content of additives and a high protein content, as well as a reduced SALT content.

For consumers who are not ready to spend time on cooking, the holding is dynamically expanding its line of high-quality and healthy finished products. The range of ready-made meals has everything you need for a full-fledged daily diet: traditional soups, broths and dishes according to original recipes, pancakes, pancakes, potato zrazy, jellied meats, pates and various meat delicacies, homemade cakes, natural juices and fruit drinks. The Miratorg bakery was launched in 2020. it is equipped with modern equipment, and only natural raw materials are used in the production. Thanks to this, the bread has a pronounced aroma, a pleasant taste and a premium “artisan” surface. These are baguettes, ciabattas, breads, artisanal sourdough breads, puff pastries with fillings of our own production, buns for burgers and hot dogs. The bakery produces bread of varying degrees of readiness, frozen semi-finished products or pre-bake for baking in the oven. For pre-bake, special packaging is used that keeps the product fresh for a month and a half on the shelf at +18°C or a year at -18°C due to shock freezing.       

Particular emphasis is placed on the grilling product line, which perfectly complements family or friends weekends in nature.
