Miratorg is systematically increasing the production of high-quality beef and ensuring its availability for the consumer. The agricultural holding is the only producer in Russia that breeds wagyu. To obtain supermarble beef, in addition to genetics, a special fattening system and keeping conditions are important: a special diet of corn, silage and artesian water and a long period of keeping on the feedlot for gradual weight gain - about 500 days.

Today, the slaughter and deep processing plant with a capacity of 272 thousand tons of meat per year supplies over 500 types of products in consumer packaging: chilled meat and semi-finished meat products. The meat processing complex is equipped with high-tech equipment, which allows developing new types of semi-finished products in a short time, responding to the needs of customers. The level of organization of production processes and the sanitary and hygienic state of the enterprise complies with international safety and quality standards - HACCP, ISO, the plant has a Halal certificate.

Quality from Miratorg is the use of natural raw materials and compliance with strict food safety standards, the author's recipe. A novelty premium beef burger with the highest grade of wagyu marbling is made from whole matured cuts: neck, shoulder and brisket. A large-cut restaurant-style cutlet has a bright taste of marbled meat and perfectly complements a burger.
