Miratorg invested ₽447 million in a culinary dishes plant near Bryansk

ABH Miratorg invested 447 million rubles in the latest technologies to increase productivity in a culinary dishes plant as part of the MEAT cluster in the Bryansk region.

In particular, the new spring roll line produces 9,000 units per hour. Wedges with apples, chocolate, chicken, cinnamon and orange are especially popular. In early February, at the Miratorg plant, pancakes and pancakes are put into production.

In addition, the innovative enterprise has installed a unique line for the production of crispy bacon, the only one in RUSSIA. The capacity of the plant allows to produce more than 45 tons of finished products per day, and the total production volume exceeds 14 thousand tons. The range includes soups, broths, sauces, pancakes, fried bacon, pâtés and other ready meals.

At the XIII Gaidar Forum, which took place on January 13-14, in an interview with the Interfax agency, Miratorg President Viktor Linnik said that over the past 10 years the holding has invested more than 350 billion rubles in agriculture. However, he noted, for the first time in 15 years the company found itself in a situation where investments in poultry, pigs and cattle seem unprofitable, because the holding's management does not see the payback of projects.
