Interregional wholesale distribution center "Primorye" was launched in the "Nadezhdinskaya" ASEZ

ORC is designed for storage, processing, packaging and distribution of agricultural products. A market, a food COURT and a fair for private farmers are also organized on its territory. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the resident invested more than 1.3 billion rubles in the project.

The Governor of the Primorsky Territory, Oleg Kozhemyako, at the opening ceremony emphasized that the ORC would become a place of attraction for agricultural producers and residents of the region.

"This is one of the largest wholesale and distribution centers in the Far East and Siberia. Here, a farmer can provide the inhabitants of the region with his products without a trade network markup. The goods can be bought at retail, small wholesale for small retail chains, shops, restaurants. This is a tax return ", as well as almost 250 new jobs. Our region occupies a leading role in the volume of production and processing of agricultural products. The regional government will do everything so that the seaside consumer receives local natural products at an affordable price," the governor said.

"ORC" Primorye "is a complex of buildings and structures, which is intended for the sale of food products, consumer goods, as well as for operations related to the packaging, distribution and pre-sale preparation of these goods," said the general DIRECTOR of LLC "ORC" Primorye " Evgeny Koldin.

He said that the Primorsky Privoz farmer's market is already full, but the administration has kept some empty seats for Primorye farmers, who are just about to present their products. Here buyers can see products of local producers: dairy products, vegetables and fruits , fresh and frozen MEAT and fish, sausages and delicacies. The market has a food court. Its peculiarity is that the visitor can purchase the ingredients of the dish he likes from the farmers in the market.

In the multi-temperature wholesale center, not only Primorsky manufacturers are represented, there are products brought from Kamchatka, Sakhalin, Magadan and the Khabarovsk Territory. 

it should be noted that the Nadezhdinskaya ASEZ is one of the most popular among investors implementing their projects in the Far East. In April 2023, the number of its residents reached 100. The business invests 67.7 billion rubles and creates 8.6 thousand jobs. Entrepreneurs actually invested more than 27.3 billion rubles in the region's economy and created 2.2 thousand jobs. With the use of state support measures, 18 projects have already been put into operation. Residents produce building materials, equipment, food products. They are also logistics companies, from transshipment of helium containers to distribution and handling of smaller cargoes.
