In June, the Lipetsk Region Prosecutor's Office discovered that an agricultural cooperative had begun work without the necessary permits. As a result of the inspection, administrative offenses were initiated under Article 9.5 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses. The cooperative and its contractor were found guilty, which carries fines ranging from 500,000 to 1 million rubles and a possible suspension of operations for up to 90 days. The Prosecutor's Office continues to monitor the rectification of the violations. Ecoptitsa Group invested 4 billion rubles in the project, and the complex is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2025.
