Kursk pig farm "Fatezhsky" may fall in price twice during the auction

The production complex of CJSC Agrarian Production Center Fatezhsky was put up for auction through a public offer for 810.74 million rubles, follows from a message on the Federal resource. Accounts receivable for 30 million rubles were put up as a separate lot .

You can apply for participation from September 22 to November 16. At the last stage of the price reduction , the cost of both lots will be exactly half of the initial one. Thus, the production complex itself can fall in price to 405.37 million rubles, and "receivables" - up to 15 million rubles. The price will consistently decrease every five days by 5%.

The complex includes unsecured real estatein the form of an apartment in the city of Fatezh with an area of ​​36.2 sq. m and several positions of collateral. In particular, we are talking about land plots with an area of ​​​​about 200 thousand square meters. m, fattening and reproductive farms, water intake device. In addition, the lot includes encumbered and unencumbered vehicles, construction in progress, 52.3 thousand heads of pigs, furniture, household chemicals, clothing, tools, medicines and other small goods. it should be noted that SBK LLC has pledged the right to lease two land plots with an area of ​​1.76 thousand hectares.

The last time an attempt was made to sell the property was in September last year. The initial sale price was set at RUB 991.19 million. During the procedure, it could drop to 812 million rubles.

Previously, they tried to get rid of the complex for 1.57 billion rubles. At the first stage, the property was sold in a single lot together with the "receivables" for 1.84 billion rubles. Interestingly, back in 2018, they tried to sell the assets for 3.6 billion rubles.

CJSC Agrarian Production Center Fatezhsky in 2010 started construction of a pig farm with a completed production cycle for 112,000 heads worth 3.5 billion rubles. However, in June 2016, the company was declared bankrupt at the suit of JSCB Bank of Moscow due to a debt of 484 million rubles.
