A large enterprise in the Krasnoyarsk Territory plans to increase the number of cattle by 16.8% by 2023

The number of cattle in the largest agricultural enterprise in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in terms of gross milk yield increased by 5.3% over the year. As of June 20, Natalya Zubareva's peasant (farm) farm contains over 8.3 thousand heads of cattle (7.9 thousand heads in 2021), Natalya Zubareva, the head of the farm, told the head of the Krasnoyarsk branch of the Center for Agroanalytics, Svetlana Kulikova. Of the total number of cattle, about 3.3 thousand heads are forage cows.

In 2023, the number of animals here is planned to be increased by another 16.8%, up to 9.7 thousand heads, by obtaining their own offspring. On the farm, on average, of the total number of newborn calves, 75% are heifers and 25% are bulls.

The peasant farm of Natalia Zubareva began working in the Shushensky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2017. Then the construction of a livestock complex started and 1.3 thousand hectares were sown with grain crops and herbs for fodder for future livestock. In August 2018, 611 breeding Holstein heifers were brought into the farm, and in total, by the end of the year, 1,246 animals were imported. Last year, 207 heads of cattle were imported from Germany. In total, the farm received 10 batches of Holstein cattle from Germany, Denmark, Hungary, Holland.

According to Natalya Zubareva, in August 2019, for the first time in Russia, the farm installed an automated robotic milking carousel DAIRY PRO Q. The equipment allows milking 72 animals in 6–7 minutes, while sensors analyze the quality of the milk received. Human participation in the process is completely excluded, everything happens automatically.

From January to May 2022, the gross milk production on the farm amounted to 13.1 thousand tons, an average of 4,276 kg was received from one cow. For the whole of 2021, the figures amounted to 30.5 thousand tons (first place among the agricultural enterprises of the region) and 10,613 kg, respectively. The average productivity of cows on the farm is growing. So, in 2020, this figure was 9,838 kg, in 2018 - 9,246 kg. According to operational data as of June 23, 2022, the average daily milk yield from a dairy cow was 33.1 kg (31.6 kg in 2021).

Only the highest grade milk is produced in the livestock complex , for processing it is purchased by Filimonovsky Dairy Plant LLC (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Kansky District), KrasMol LLC (Krasnoyarsk), Sibmol LLC (Kemerovo Region, Anzhero-Sudzhensk ). Grain-fed steers (in half carcasses) are sold for the production of marbled beef in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, the Kemerovo Region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

To create a forage base, the farm sows its own fields, the expansion of the sown area is carried out by putting unused lands into circulation. Sowing work on the farm ended on May 26, the area under spring barley amounted to 3 thousand hectares (2 thousand hectares in 2021), corn for grain - 2.5 thousand hectares (2.1 thousand hectares), corn for silage - 2 thousand ha (2.1 thousand ha), perennial grasses (alfalfa) - 1.1 thousand ha (1.4 thousand ha), natural perennial grasses for mowing - 0.6 thousand ha (0.5 thousand ha). Also this year, perennial grasses under cover (lucerne) were sown on almost 1 thousand hectares and annual grasses (peas, barley, oats) on 1.1 thousand hectares, rapeseed for grain was sown on 2.9 thousand hectares for the first time. This year, 60% of Russian-made seeds and 40% of imported seeds were purchased for sowing.

In 2021, the farm harvested 16.8 thousand tons of wheat, 8.3 thousand tons of barley, 6.9 thousand tons of corn for grain, as well as corn for silage - 39.6 thousand tons and green fodder - 2 428.6 tons. Haylage was harvested from annual and perennial grasses (21.6 thousand tons), 2.2 thousand tons of natural perennial grasses were obtained for hay.

Part of the last year's harvest was sold on the domestic market: 8.0 thousand tons of wheat and 3.0 thousand tons of barley. Winter wheat, barley, corn, perennial grasses are used for livestock feed. Spring rapeseed and barley harvested in 2022 are also planned to be sold on the domestic market, while rapeseed, barley, corn and perennial grasses will be used for fodder.

Last year on the farm, the entire plant component of the cattle diet was prepared independently. This year, cake and meal for livestock feed will also be produced from rapeseed grown by the farm.

Уборочная кампания в хозяйстве стартовала 16 июня с уборки люцерны, первый укос уже заложили на сенаж.

В планах КФХ — установка второй доильной карусели DAIRY PRO Q, строительство двух коровников по 880 мест, 9 телятников для КРС 6–12 месяцев, 2 телятников для КРС 0–2 месяцев и бойни на 100 голов/сут. Ведется работа по оформлению документов для получения хозяйством статуса племенного.

Кроме того, планируется строительство поселка для сотрудников, проживающих в других населенных пунктах. 

Активно пользуются в хозяйстве и господдержкой: ее объем в 2021 году составил 411,7 млн руб. (в том числе 356,3 млн руб. — из краевого и 55,5 млн руб. — из федерального бюджета).
