The largest meat processing plant in Russia "Zvenigovsky" took over the organization of the All-Russian holiday Uyav in the Alkeyevsky district

Now its scope has expanded - it is expected that it will be held not only at the republican, but also at the All-Russian level. 

Preparations for this grandiose holiday, which will take place in the village of Sikterme-Khuzangayevo, began last year. Currently, many construction projects are ready. We wrote about this in our newspaper. The initiator of the Uyav holiday on Alkeyevo land was our fellow countryman, investor Ivan Kazankov. With such a proposal, he addressed the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. 

Ivan Ivanovich plans to hold a national holiday on a very large scale. But such activities require large financial costs. We are talking about two billion rubles. Of course, this is done for years. After the festival, it is planned to attract tourists here. It is with this in mind that a large dining room, a guest house, a fortress are being built. In a word, the Uyava venue will become a historical center. 

As we know, a large construction site was launched by the Zvenigovsky meat processing plant under the leadership of Ivan Kazankov from the Republic of Mari El. This is the country's largest enterprise for the production of pig products.

This year marks 43 years since the founding of the Zvenigovsky Society. In the fall of 1979, the leadership of the Republic of Mari El sent Ivan Ivanovich Kazankov to head the Ulyanov collective farm, which was in a difficult situation. Later, the farm was transformed into the Zvenigovsky state farm. 

Restoring the collective farm, which had large debts, of course, was not easy. Thanks to the effective, skillful leadership of Ivan Kazankov, the economic situation of the economy improved every year. 

A meat-packing plant was opened on the collective farm. At first, pigs were purchased from different farms. Then, after the transformation, the state farm began to contain 2238 heads of pigs.

By 1990, the number of animals increased to 16 thousand. The farm is building additional premises. Currently, "Zvenigovsky" contains 200 thousand heads of pigs and cattle, 150 tons of meat products are produced per day. The assortment includes 200 types of products. 

Today, the Zvenigovsky meat processing plant is one of the leaders in Russia: it is one of the largest and most successful. 
On the farm, pigs are fed with high-grade quality feed, so they grow quickly. Feed supply is fully automated. Zvenigovsky produces 300 tons of feed per day. Grain is grown on 28 thousand hectares, and is also delivered from the Khuzangaevskoye society.

Zvenigovsky meat products win medals and diplomas at Russian and international competitions and exhibitions. They annually become winners of the agro-industrial exhibition "100 Best Goods of Russia". The products of this plant are sold in various regions of the country in company stores (their number reaches 500). Several of these outlets have opened in our area. 
The meat processing plant has completely abandoned import substitution. Only healthy products are produced here. This is achieved through the use of quality components. Fresh meat, pasteurized milk , chicken eggs, onions, garlic - all our own, fresh, natural.

In 2000, Ivan Kazankov took his native village under his wing and opened the Khuzangaevsky agricultural production cooperative here. Now this economy has turned into a powerful society, producing a large number of various products, known in Tatarstan and beyond. Complexes for the production of cereals, vegetable oil, milk, cheese, butter, flour, animal feed, and meat are successfully operating here. And in July, a new dairy complex for 1,200 cows is being prepared for commissioning. 
In the meantime, in Sikterme-Khuzangayevo, there is a big preparation for the large-scale Uyav holiday. Our compatriot Ivan Kazankov saved his native village from extinction, now he is going to glorify our region throughout the country.
