KM LLC was brought to administrative responsibility for violating sanitary and hygienic requirements in the production of MEAT products. The company was ordered to pay a fine of 300 thousand rubles.

When checking KM LLC, registered in Krasnoyarsk in 2017, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR inspectors found that meat was deboned on a table not intended for this procedure. The staff does not regularly clean and disinfect the containers used in the meat processing shop and allow them to accumulate dirty containers in the production area. In addition, it does not have a labeled container for collecting and storing waste.

The Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Krasnoyarsk Territory initiated administrative proceedings on violations of the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On food safety" (TR TS 021/2011) in relation to KM LLC. The company produces semi-finished products, sausages and canned meat.
