The Yarman company will launch a new meat production facility in Novy Urengoy

According to Elvira Lebedeva, the company's DIRECTOR , the assortment will include manti, pelmeni, vareniki,chebureki , meatballs, as well as smoked and dried MEAT , created according to unique recipes. The production will use meat from farmers from this region and wild plants, which will support the local brand and develop regional cuisine, including venison, horse meat, lamb, beef , pork and chicken. In parallel with meat products, it is planned to make jam from lingonberries, cranberries, cloudberries and blueberries.

In addition, the company aims to create a chain of stores in a traditional design and develop animal feed for the rational use of production waste. The plans also include deep processing of venison, including skinning and antler production.
