The leader explained that the global situation is characterized by "fluctuations in the international market caused by intense geopolitical activity," although he emphasized that markets for Argentine beef remain stable and diversified. Breitschmitt also mentioned that demand for meat products is growing in China, while "the first quarter continues its journey to Israel," and positive expectations are opening up regarding "the halal market and the long-awaited opening of offal supplies to the Chinese market."

Regarding domestic consumption, the IPCVA president emphasized that local beef consumption is approximately 50 kilograms per capita per year, demonstrating the consistent presence of this product on Argentine tables. "The Chinese market is strengthening its position as our most important export market by volume," concluded Breitschmitt from Shanghai.
