Regarding domestic consumption, the IPCVA president emphasized that local beef consumption is approximately 50 kilograms per capita per year, demonstrating the consistent presence of this product on Argentine tables. "The Chinese market is strengthening its position as our most important export market by volume," concluded Breitschmitt from Shanghai.
