China increased its import of chicken meat from Russia by 15%.

According to the Federal Center for Agroexport, total poultry imports from Russia amounted to $381 million. By comparison, in the same period of 2024 , China purchased 116,000 tons of this product, valued at $346 million. In value terms, Russian exports increased by 10%. Chicken feet were the top sellers, bringing in $281.7 million, followed by chicken wings ($66.9 million), and various turkey and duck parts. Russia ranked second among poultry exporters to China, behind only Brazil.
