China refused to buy poultry meat from 4 enterprises in Russia without stating reasons

The representative of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR said that the Russian Federation is asking CHINA for an explanation of the reasons for the introduction of restrictions. So far, no response has been received from the Chinese side. Meanwhile, in the regions listed above, there were no cases of avian influenza in poultry, and there are no opportunities for its spread.

A top manager of one of the poultry companies says that usually the Chinese stop importing if, firstly, they find an unacceptable concentration of dangerous substances (for example, antibiotics ); or if, secondly, they violate the rules for labeling products.
