Kirov APH "Doronichi" reorganizes the Perm meat processing plant

The new owner of the Perm MEAT Processing Plant - ABH "Doronichi" - began to reorganize the enterprise.

In April 2021, the Kirov agro-industrial holding acquired a property complex in the center of Perm from the PRODO group and became the sole shareholder of Perm Meat Processing Plant JSC. Recently it became known that the company, closed in 2019, will be transformed into a limited liability company.

Perm Meat Processing Plant stopped operations in 2019. The management of the PRODO group considered it economically inexpedient to modernize an obsolete asset that had lost profitability. Agropromholding Doronichi LLC bought a site in the center of Perm for 200 million rubles.
