Kirov poultry farms will be able to receive subsidies for the purchase of equipment

Earlier, Governor Alexander Sokolov instructed to work out the issue of providing subsidies to poultry farms in the region for the technological modernization of specific poultry equipment.

On March 13, at a weekly meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Kirov Region Yuri Tereshkov reported that the necessary changes had been made to the resolution of the government of the region “On the provision of subsidies from the regional budget to reimburse part of the costs of acquiring modern agricultural machinery and equipment for the primary processing of agricultural products and (or) paying lease payments under financial lease (leasing) agreements”. According to the changes, poultry farms can receive subsidies from the regional budget to reimburse part of the costs in the amount of 15% of the cost of purchased specific poultry equipment.

- The list of agricultural machinery and equipment for primary processing additionally includes the following items: machines for cleaning, sorting and grading eggs, machines and equipment for keeping birds. The need to modernize and purchase this equipment is relevant for most poultry farms in the region, - said Yuri Tereshkov.
