Russian pig farmers from 33 regions can now EXPORT their pork to Kazakhstan . Since May 22 of this year, Kazakhstan has opened its borders to the import of pigs and pig products from these African swine fever-free regions.

This significant decision was made after intensive negotiations between the leadership of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR and the Vice Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan. Sergei Dankvert, HEAD of Rosselkhoznadzor , and Amangali Berdalin, Vice Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, came to an agreement to lift restrictions on the transit of pig products through Kazakhstan.

This step not only helps strengthen trade relations between RUSSIA and Kazakhstan, but also opens up new opportunities for Russian pig farmers in the international market. The significance of this decision is emphasized by the fact that it demonstrates the importance of cooperation and trust between countries in the field of agriculture.

Experts note that the lifting of restrictions on the import of pork into Kazakhstan is an important signal to other countries that Russian products meet high quality and safety standards. This move also contributes to the diversity of supply in the MEAT market and could have a positive impact on prices and availability of pork for both consumers and producers.

Thus, the opening of the Kazakh market to pork from 33 Russian regions is an important event that reflects the desire to strengthen cooperation in agriculture and contributes to the development of international meat trade.
