Kaluga Region increases livestock exports

Animal feed and feed additives accounted for the largest share, accounting for approximately 57% of the total volume. MEAT products and by-products accounted for over 23%, while poultry by-products accounted for over 18%. Fish products, dairy products , and dry soups were exported in smaller quantities . The main EXPORT destinations included Azerbaijan , Uzbekistan , Georgia, CHINA , and North Korea. All exported goods underwent mandatory laboratory testing and met the requirements of the importing countries. Cargo documentation was carried out through the automated veterinary certification system of the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (ROSSELKHOZNADZOR) . it is noted that the volume of livestock product exports from the Kaluga Region increased significantly compared to the same period in 2024 .
