Kalimatov impressed by the scale of production and processing of turkey meat in the Malgobek district of Ingushetia

The head of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, visited the Yuzhny poultry complex, which is engaged in the production and deep processing of turkey meat. Since September last year, the process of selling finished products has been established here. The assortment of the enterprise includes sausages of various names, pastrami, smoked and fresh turkey meat and much more.
Kalimatov got acquainted in detail with the production cycle of the enterprise and, upon completion of the tour, tasted several types of finished products.

“I am impressed with what I saw! This is a high-tech, really working enterprise, and the quality of your products is excellent,” said the Head of Ingushetia, addressing the management of the poultry complex.

Later, the head of the subject held a meeting with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Fursov, Minister of Economy Eset Tumgoeva, General Director of the enterprise Adam Kostoev and others. The prospects for further development of production were discussed and the possibilities of supporting the enterprise as a whole were considered.

One of the acute issues of the poultry complex is the availability of its own food supply.

“Having the opportunity to grow poultry feed ourselves, we could reduce the cost of production by 30-40% and, accordingly, increase the competitiveness of the enterprise,” Adam Kostoev explained and asked to consider the issue of allocating them a land plot for these purposes.

“Such enterprises should be helped in the first place. They pay taxes to the budget, moreover, they work not only for the image of the republic, but also for the country as a whole,” said Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov.

The products of the Yuzhny poultry complex are unique, prepared using special technologies. In the manufacture of sausages and smoked meats, preservatives are not used, beech smoke is used in smoking, which gives the products a special flavor.

The enterprise constantly monitors the level of customer satisfaction with the purchased products. Safety is ensured at all stages of production, transportation and storage of products.

Earlier it was reported that in December last year, Yuzhny Poultry Complex LLC commissioned a meat processing plant with a daily output of 20 to 40 tons. The enterprise produces carcasses, large and small breast fillets, whole wings, shoulder and elbow parts, thigh, thigh fillet, minced meat and much more.

In addition, the production of by-products, semi-finished products, products of deep processing (sausages, small sausages, sausage), smoked and boiled products is envisaged. The plant offers products in chilled and frozen form. There are industrial chambers of a shock freezing. Turkeys are grown on natural feed without the addition of GMOs, chemical impurities, meat and bone and fish meal. The products meet the standards of the international Halal brand. The process of slaughtering the bird takes place in accordance with the requirements of Islam.

According to the schedule, the poultry is sold in large markets in the region.

Recall that Yuzhny Poultry Complex LLC was established in 2015 with the aim of creating a vertically integrated industrial complex for the production and processing of turkey meat. The total investment in the project is 3.8 billion rubles. The project involves a full cycle of turkey meat production, starting from the stage of laying hatching eggs in an incubator, slaughtering and subsequent processing of meat, including the direction of deep processing (production of sausages, sausages, ham, wieners from turkey meat, etc.).

At present, 4 sites have been put into operation: an incubator, a growing area and 2 growing areas. There are 60 thousand birds and the second batch of eggs has been laid in the incubator - 75 thousand pieces. Despite the recent launch of the poultry complex, 320 employees already work here.
