During the monitoring of the FGIS VetIS "Mercury" on January 31, 2025, the Caucasian Interregional Administration of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR recorded that a number of individual entrepreneurs, such as Bilalov A.A. and Altamirova L.D., provided inaccurate data on the amount of raw materials used for production. In particular, Bilalov's product weight was 2.5 tons with a declared volume of raw materials of 1.1 tons. Altamirova's volume of MILK used was 1.23 thousand liters, while the final weight of the resulting melted butter was only 120 kilograms.

These violations contradict the federal law "On the quality and safety of food products", as well as the technical regulations of the Customs Union. The entrepreneurs were issued warnings, and for repeated violations, Bilalov was temporarily restricted in access to the VetIS "Mercury" system for 7 days.
