The property of the Russian-Vysotskaya poultry farm, partially burdened with a pledge, is estimated at 3.4 billion rubles. Since December 2022, a tenant, Dubrava LLC (a subsidiary of CBS Commodities holding), has been working at its production sites.

In 2013, the Arbitration COURT declared a poultry farm in the village of Russko-Vysotskoye bankrupt at the request of its management. At that time, the enterprise's debts on loans and taxes exceeded 1.1 billion rubles. Two years after the introduction of the monitoring procedure, in 2015, bankruptcy proceedings were launched.

For almost 10 years, the regional government has been looking for an investor who is ready to bring the poultry farm out of the crisis. In the spring of last year, it was threatened with closure, but the decision of the owners was prevented by the governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko. The property has been rented out.

In response to a request from DP, Elena Volkova, administrative DIRECTOR of the CBS Commodities group, replied that the poultry farm is now operating at full capacity and regularly supplies broiler MEAT to the regional market - wholesalers, processors and retailers. At the same time, the lessee does not intend to participate in the auction, because, according to its calculations, the market price of the asset is significantly lower than the announced one.
