The FoodPack 1485 tray sealer offers high performance and maximum flexibility. it is easily integrated into an automatic production line and has a sealing area of ​​up to 850 mm. The color touch screen control panel allows the operator to easily set and control machine parameters. The main mechanical movements are carried out by brushless motors, which guarantee low operating costs.

Made from AISI 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum and IP65 rated, the FoodPack 1485 TraySealer provides the ability to work even in aggressive environments.

ILPRA created a packaging solution for one of its clients, which is a tray sealer capable of working in line to produce skin packs. CPS technology is also available for this type of packaging, which guarantees a continuous flow of incoming carton trays, allowing maximum productivity to be achieved. To make the skin pack more efficient, there is a pre-heating system that allows you to start heating the film in advance. At the same time, the consistency / quality / appearance of the product remains impeccable from the first to the last packaging.
