
For the period from 10 to 16 July 2021, the World Organization for Animal HEALTH (OIE) received reports of the registration of 347 foci of especially dangerous animal diseases in 13 countries of the world. The corresponding notifications were published on the OIE website.
Infectious nodular dermatitis was reported during the reporting period in Thailand (185) and in Malaysia (30).
African swine fever outbreaks are recorded in Hungary (22), Germany (18), Latvia (13), Romania (49) and South Africa (3).
Outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza subtypes H5N1, H5N4, H5N6 and H5N8 have been notified in Vietnam (3), France (1), Sweden (3) and South Africa (8). The disease has been reported in farm birds and wild birds.
An outbreak of rabies continues in Malaysia (3). Equine influenza has been reported in Tunisia (4). In Cuba (4) - hemorrhagic disease of rabbits. A CORONAVIRUS infection in a dog has been reported from Switzerland (1).
