Elinar-Broiler implements lean manufacturing tools

The Elinar-Broiler full-cycle poultry complex in Naro-Fominsk will be the first agricultural enterprise in the Moscow Region to receive comprehensive support as a participant in the national project to increase labor productivity.
The enterprise hosted a meeting dedicated to the implementation of lean production tools, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, the regional investment development agency, the district administration and ANO "Federal Competence Center".
Throughout the year, the competence center specialists will help the poultry farm employees master the practices of lean production and increase labor productivity. As a result, it should increase by at least 10%. In the future, the useful experience will be scaled up and the enterprise will continue the project for three years to increase productivity by 30%. This was told by the Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva.
