Frozen meat exports in Kazakhstan have increased sharply

Over the past 10 months , Kazakhstan exported an impressive 42.5 thousand tons of MEAT and meat products, which is 32% more than the previous year. The main share in this growth is occupied by frozen cattle meat , which has increased in exports by 4.5 times. This is an important indicator indicating an increase in the production and quality of Kazakhstani meat. However, it is worth noting that statistics on chilled meat show the opposite trend. Compared to the same period last year, exports of chilled meat decreased by 13%. This may be due to the preference of frozen meat by consumers abroad, as it has a long shelf life and is easy to transport. The growing EXPORT of frozen meat is a good signal for Kazakh producers. This opens up new opportunities for the development of the meat industry and increasing export volumes. Kazakhstani meat is known for its quality and is in demand on the international market. The reasons for the growth in frozen meat exports can be varied. Perhaps Kazakh manufacturers were able to improve production processes and ensure high quality products. Also, an increase in exports may be associated with an increase in demand for meat in importing countries, where Kazakh meat is recognized as reliable and safe for consumption.
