
Exports of agricultural products from RUSSIA since the beginning of the year 2021, as of April 4, increased by 16% compared to the same date in 2020 and reached $7.125 billion, the Agroexport federal center under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation said in a statement.
According to experts, grain exports over the reporting period increased by 41% and amounted to $2.646 billion, exports of fat and oil products increased by 39%, to $1.683 billion, supplies of MEAT and dairy products abroad increased by 17%, to $241 million. fish and seafood decreased by 26% and amounted to $864 million, exports of food and processing industry products decreased by 5% and amounted to $707 million. Exports of other agricultural products increased by 7%, to $983 million.

In the structure of exports by country, Turkey accounted for 16% of Russian supplies of the agro-industrial complex, CHINA - 15.5%, EU countries - 11.3%, Egypt - 8.4%, SOUTH KOREA - 6.3%, Ukraine and Azerbaijan - 2.8% each, Uzbekistan - 2.3%, Kazakhstan - 1.9%, Uzbekistan - 1.8%. As of April 4, supplies of Russian agricultural products to Turkey increased by 29% (up to $1.143 billion), to China - by 5% (up to $1.105 billion), to the EU - by 12% (up to $803 million), to Egypt - by 23% (up to $601 million), to South Korea - by 28% (up to $446 million).
