Beef EXPORT prices are expected to remain high in January 2025, driven by tight supplies and strong demand. Brazilian prices are expected to rise due to strong demand and new trading opportunities.
Brazil’s beef and chicken exports are projected to continue to grow in 2025 due to favorable economic conditions, lower grain prices, and a weak currency. The country’s beef exports to CHINA are expected to generate $6 billion in revenue in 2024 , with beef exports up 26% this year and revenue up 22% from the previous year. Chicken exports are also expected to increase 3% to 5.294 million tonnes in 2024. The Brazilian government is currently negotiating to open markets in Japan, Vietnam, Turkey, and SOUTH KOREA.
