
During a working trip to the east of the region, the governor of the Orenburg region, Denis Pasler, visited the Orenbiv plant in Cherny Otrog, the region's website reports.
The company is part of the structure of the Italian company Cremonini Group. A slaughterhouse for cattle with partial processing of MEAT has been created here in the Orenburg region, and a vertically integrated system has been provided: from slaughtering livestock to processing and selling semi-finished meat products in RUSSIA. The amount of investments invested in the enterprise is 2.7 billion rubles. The company started operations in 2014.
– This is a high-tech enterprise with good salaries and excellent opportunities for further development. Since 2014, the company has been investing in production. Today "Orenbiv" has more than 8 thousand hectares of land, 8546 heads of cattle. Of course, we support a company that produces a quality product and creates decent working conditions for Orenburg residents,” Denis Pasler emphasized.
The number of employees today is 236 people, the average salary of employees is 52,600 rubles. In 2020, the company sold 16.5 thousand tons of products. In our region, Orenbiv remains the main exporter of beef, offal and cattle skins - products are supplied to Hong Kong, Angola and Vietnam. Last year alone, 383 tons of beef and offal worth $1,377,000 were exported. Orenbiv plans to further expand production and develop exports, including to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, Africa and the CIS countries.
“We sell 99 percent of the meat in Russia, and we EXPORT the by-products,” said Marino Curra, General DIRECTOR of Orenbiv. – Today we are working to increase the livestock and are looking for partners who are committed to development. We are optimists, we always look forward and want to grow.
