State support for agriculture: equal measures for large agricultural holdings and farmers

Patrushev emphasized that farmers play a key role in the agricultural economy, and their support is important for maintaining diversity and sustainable development of rural areas. There are separate state aid programs for farmers, for which 15-20 billion rubles have been allocated. These funds are intended for various needs, including grants, subsidies , and assistance in purchasing equipment.
However, there is a dissonance between the volume of state support and production results. Large agroholdings, having access to resources and technologies, can demonstrate higher efficiency. Patrushev suggests considering the possibility of introducing a differentiated approach to support, which will take into account not only production volumes, but also social and environmental aspects. This could contribute to more efficient use of budget funds and support for sustainable development of rural areas, ensuring a balance between economic efficiency and social justice.
