Sinelnikov noted that the draft law has already undergone preliminary approval by the Ministries of Agriculture and Nature, which confirms the relevance and necessity of solving this problem. Research conducted by the Federal Center for Animal HEALTH Protection has shown that macro- and micronutrients from processed manure and bird droppings are absorbed by plants during the growing season if the appropriate conditions are met, which minimizes damage to the environment.

The introduction of a new scientifically based methodology can significantly simplify the use of organic fertilizers, increasing their efficiency and soil quality, which can ultimately lead to increased crop yields. However, the successful implementation of the bill will require close cooperation between farmers, scientists and government agencies, as well as educational programs for farmers on the correct application of the new standards.
