GC "Agro-Belogorye" launched the production of canned meat

The production of stewed pork is a new direction for Agro-Belogorye. The main ingredient of canned food is home-produced pork . The recipe uses only natural ingredients - dried onions, table SALT , dry bay leaf, ground black pepper. No preservatives are used. The product is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 32125-2013, classified as the highest grade, which is confirmed by the conclusion of an independent laboratory.

The design capacity of the new workshop involves the production of 16.2 thousand cans per day or more than 4 million cans per year. The plans for 2024 are to produce 2.5 million cans (832 tons). The launch of the line created 40 new jobs.

“Production utilization will amount to 43% of design capacity on average for the year and will increase progressively - from 14% in February to 82% in December 2024. We do not rule out that the annual production plan will soon be adjusted upward. We are ready to reach our design capacity starting from April of this year,” said Natalya Korolkova, General DIRECTOR of MPZ Agro-Belogorye LLC.

The equipment and components of the new workshop are 95% Russian-made. One piece of equipment – ​​an autoclave – was manufactured abroad, in Turkey.
