Brand stores of the Yuzhny poultry complex will open in every city of Ingushetia

The Yuzhny Ingush poultry complex, which specializes in the production of turkey meat and its deep processing, has been selling its products since last autumn. These products have already received recognition in Moscow, St. Petersburg , Krasnodar and Rostov.

In the near future, the enterprise intends to open its branded stores in every city of Ingushetia. Lyubov Kabachek, the chief technologist of the poultry complex, spoke about this intention. Thus, turkey meat, semi-smoked and boiled sausages, pastorma and other smoked meats will be available to residents of the republic.

Currently, the enterprise provides jobs for 350 people who are involved in the slaughter shop, cutting and deep processing shops.
