A farmer from the Vologda District received a grant to develop his farm

The grant is planned to be used for breeding and keeping beef cattle . The project includes the construction of a fattening shop for young cattle for 150 heads. The farmer also undertakes to create three new jobs and ensure annual growth of agricultural production by at least 8%.

Grant support is financed from the federal and regional budgets, with the farmer contributing 40% of his own funds to implement the project. The grant must be used within 24 months of receiving it. The family farm support program was launched in 2012, and 50 grants have been received since then. This year, almost 45 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes, and three farmers have received this funding.
