The factory for the production of frozen semi-finished products "Bakhetle" has established supplies of products to large federal chains

During the working visit, Irina Makieva and a delegation consisting of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergei Kazankov, Alfia Kogogina, Oleg Golikov and Alexey Govyrin visited the residents of the Zelenodolsk industrial park, including the Bakhetle Factory. A tour of the first stage of the factory for the production of frozen semi-finished products with an area of ​​5.1 thousand square meters. was held by the HEAD of the group of companies, Muslima Latypova.

The enterprise, equipped with automatic lines for the production of finished products, has been operating since September 2023. In six months, the factory produced more than 300 tons of products. The assortment includes more than 50 types of frozen products - these are semi-finished MEAT products (chicken schnitzel, fish balls,turkey cutlets with vegetables, beef cutlets, chicken kebab, etc.), FLOUR products with hearty and sweet fillings (sausage in puff pastry, eles with chicken, snail with cinnamon, poppy seed bun, etc.), frozen curd products - cheesecakes and cottage cheese. The design production capacity of the factory is 30 tons per day. The company plans to reach this figure by the end of this year.

“For us, the most important criterion is quality in everything, especially the quality of the products that we manufacture ourselves. Now our national products are in great demand - echpochmak and elesh. Their production involves manual labor,” said Muslima Latypova.

All products are produced without preservatives, and the beneficial properties of the products are preserved thanks to shock freezing at a temperature of −40°C. The factory follows the principles of the HACCP system and exercises strict control over product production technology, packaging, storage, logistics and sales. The quality of purchased raw materials is laboratory confirmed.

The factory's products are shipped frozen. it is supplied daily to the children's and social nutrition sector of Tatarstan, the corporate sector, and HoReCa enterprises. Bakhetle also organized deliveries of products to the stores of three large federal grocery chains. In particular, one of them received an order for the monthly supply of 3 million triangles. Now “Bakhetle” is working on other directions for shipments, which can be significantly expanded due to the convenient location of the factory near the M7 Volga highway and the long shelf life of manufactured products (3-6 months).

“Bakhetle” is a group of companies producing and selling food products with a 25-year history. It includes four production sites and supermarkets with their own food preparation sites in seven cities of Russia: Moscow, Kazan, Innopolis, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Novosibirsk and Barnaul.

In total, Bakhetle offers over 25 thousand items of goods, including a line of exclusive imports. The total number of employees exceeds 3.5 thousand people.

“Bakhetle” is TOP-1 among commercial operators for catering in kindergartens and schools of the Republic of Tatarstan . Since 2017, it has been successfully implementing a nutrition project in children's HEALTH camps in Kazan and regions of the republic. In addition, “Bakhetle” is working with the Kazan National Research Technical University named after. A.N. Tupolev (KNITU-KAI), where two canteens and a buffet are open. Since 2022, the group has been developing the area of ​​industrial catering, having entered into contracts with SIBUR to organize catering in the canteens of Kazanorgsintez (KOS) and Nizhnekamskneftekhim (NKNK). At two Bakhetle enterprises, over 7 thousand people are fed.
