Two companies from Lipetsk region entered the Russian TOP-25 broiler meat producers

In Lipetsk region, two poultry companies produce broiler MEAT : SPSSPK "Ekoptitsa" and JSC "Kurinoe Tsarstvo" (part of the Cherkizovo Group of Companies). 

Both companies entered the top 15 best producers. "Ekoptitsa" ranks last in the rating; the enterprises of this cooperative are located in 4 districts of the region. In 2023, "Ekoptitsa" produced 76.6 thousand tons of broiler meat.

The sites of the Cherkizovo Group of Companies are located in different regions, including the Lipetsk Region. The company ranks second in the rating. In the Lipetsk Region, the Group produced 119.3 thousand tons of broiler meat.

In 2023, all farms in the Lipetsk region produced 209.4 thousand tons of poultry meat. Agricultural organizations produced 203.1 thousand tons of poultry meat, including broilers and turkeys. However, the largest part (196 thousand tons) is broiler meat.
