The Bashkir company Michurinsky, a subsidiary of the Perm-based LLC Kuedinsky MEAT Processing Plant, will invest 240 million rubles in the production of feed grain for its own needs. The project was presented at Investchas with the HEAD of the region Radiy Khabirov by the executive DIRECTOR of the enterprise Rifkat Timergaliyev.
The investment project will be implemented until 2024. This year, Michurinsky plans to sow 3 thousand hectares of land, in 2023 the sown area in the Baltachevsky district is expected to increase to 12 thousand hectares. Grain will be supplied as a compound feed to the company's own pig farms in the Yanaul and Baltachevsky regions of the republic.
According to Timergaliev, the company will invest in the purchase of machinery, wheat and barley seeds, and fertilizers.
“The implementation of the project will provide us with prospects for further development, economic security, because the forage base is currently the most important for us. We used to buy grain for the production of compound feed, but since 2018 the price has increased from 6,000 rubles per ton of grain to 18,000. This greatly affects the cost of production, so we decided to produce grain crops ourselves,” said the executive director of the enterprise.
The investor expects to receive a land plot without bidding, as well as compensation for part of the cost of purchasing equipment. At Investchas, the project was given priority status, which will allow the company to take advantage of a number of preferences.
