The dietary egg is becoming more and more popular

On the eve of the great Christian holiday of Easter, the Ostrovnaya poultry farm is increasing the share of production of dietary products, the supply of which from other enterprises is virtually impossible.
So, if in January 18,000 dietary eggs of the first category were sold through the trading network of the poultry farm, then in February - already 43,000.

You can determine the dietary egg by marking "D". it is distinguished from the table by its shelf life: up to seven days.

A dietary egg is delivered to the shelves the next day after collection. Accordingly, it is a fresher and healthier product. What is especially important for people who monitor their HEALTH and adhere to the rules of proper nutrition.

The use of fresh eggs in cooking is preferred due to the natural antibacterial substance lysozyme, which can support the human immune system when taken regularly.

With prolonged storage of chicken eggs, the activity of lysozyme decreases. Therefore, local products, which hit the shelves in the shortest possible time, certainly have an advantage.

It should be noted that in general, the production of eggs of all categories in January-February 2023 increased by 3.9% compared to the period of the previous year and amounted to 19 million pieces.
