Deputy Lyabikhov calls for state support for livestock farming in the Arkhangelsk region

He noted that over the past two decades, the number of cattle has decreased threefold, and MEAT production – fourfold. Lyabikhov also emphasized the need to preserve the Kholmgory breed of cows, known for their productivity, but noted the difficulties in finding breeding animals. The deputy criticized insufficient funding, pointing out that annual support for a breeding farm is only 8 million rubles, while 16 million are required for normal operation.
