"Damate" introduced the technology of embryo transfer of cows in the Tyumen region

The technology for obtaining and transplanting cow embryos in the laboratory was introduced by Damate in the Tyumen region. The farm is now awaiting test results from the project. The first calves should be born as a result of more than a hundred operations.
The aim of the project is to increase the productivity of dairy enterprises. In the future, this will mean a decrease in the import of genetic material in RUSSIA.
The advantage of embryo transplantation in relation to artificial insemination of cows is an increase in the reproduction of animals. Instead of one calf, the offspring from one animal can increase tenfold.
Damate became the first company in Russia to carry out genotyping of more than 6,000 heads of cattle.
Another genetic project "Damate" in the Tyumen region attracted investments in the amount of 6 billion rubles. The company signed an agreement with the regional authorities on the construction of a turkey reproducer and a breeding farm for breeding sheep.
