Damate received 16 Prodexpo awards for products under the Indylight and Ozerka brands

The Organizing Committee of the Prodexpo 2021 exhibition awarded 16 new types of products from duck and turkey MEAT, recognized as winners of the Best Product and Innovative Product contests.

The 28th international exhibition "Prodexpo" in the Moscow "Expocentre" on Krasnaya Presnya was held last week, from 12 to 16 April. Poultry products presented by Damate at the 2021 competitions were awarded 11 gold and two silver medals and three Golden Star badges and three badges.

Traditionally, the jury of one of the main industry events in RUSSIA received high marks from turkey products under the Indylight brand. Experts noted such undoubted advantages as the use of modern technologies in the development of recipes and packaging: this year they brought Damate five gold medals, one silver medal and three Golden Star signs in the competition for the best innovative product.

The gold medal in the category “Innovations in ease of use” was awarded to one of Damate’s unique selling propositions – Turkey Breast Fillet with Sesame and Parsley. Another gold medal was awarded for a successful interpretation of the traditional dish of the Lombard cuisine - “Marinated Turkey Ossobuco”, recognized as the best product in the “Packaging Innovation” nomination. One more product - "Turkey Shank in Marinade" - brought the holding a gold medal, and "Turkey Cutlets with Buckwheat" - a silver medal in the same nomination: "Innovations in the composition of the product." Two proposals of the Penza holding - "Marble Turkey Steak" and "Turkey Dairy Sausages" - won gold medals in the "Innovations in Technology" nomination. Added two Gold Stars to their 2021 collection of awards are Marbled Turkey Steak and Sausages Light, which are 100% turkey meat.

The products of the New Duck Farms subsidiary in the Rostov Region under the Ozerka brand were presented for the first time at Prodexpo-2021. The gold medal for packaging innovation was given to Hungarian Duck Goulash, and the French Shish Kebab received a silver medal for innovation in the composition of the product. The "Golden Star" was awarded to "Duck breast fillet with berry sauce", recognized as the winner in the competition for the best innovative product.

As usual, the jury confirmed the stability of the quality and taste characteristics of Damate product samples, which were awarded five gold medals and honorary diplomas of the international exhibition in the Best Product nomination. Among them are “Turkey boiled ham”, “Breast fillet strips”, “Servelat “Amber”” under the brand “Indylight”, as well as “Duck breast fillet” and “Duckling leg” under the brand “Ozerka”.
