According to the memorandum, the parties confirm their intention to conclude a long-term international contract for the supply of goods and develop mutually beneficial cooperation. Damate is planning to ship poultry, lamb, beef, their by-products, as well as products of their processing to Malaysia.

Damate has already signed a contract for the supply of a trial batch and has begun preparations for shipping the first container of MEAT products. On the eve of the signing of the agreement, representatives of the Malaysian importing company visited the turkey processing plant and the Damate turkey deep processing plant in the Penza region and highly appreciated the level of production organization, advanced technological solutions, veterinary and sanitary control and the halal management system at the enterprises.

In the near future, Damate is preparing to accept an audit of halal certification bodies accredited by the Department of Islamic Development of Malaysia (JAKIM) at enterprises producing turkey products in the Penza and Rostov regions and at a lamb processing plant in the North Caucasus Federal District.

“Malaysia will become an important part of Damate's EXPORT strategy throughout the Southeast Asia region. We are ready to ensure uninterrupted supplies of products from our enterprises, provide our meat processing partners with recipes and marketing support,” said Rashid Khairov, President of Damate Group of Companies.
