Until the fall of 2022, 99% of Soyuzpromptitsa's assets were controlled by the Kazakh company GB FINANCE LTD. it is known that she had previously acquired the property complex of the bankrupt Ufa Poultry Complex. Recall that the Duck Farms poultry farm was launched in the village of Miassskoye near Chelyabinsk in 2014.
