Earlier, the head of the region, Aleksey Teksler, noted that over the past years, a number of decisions have been made to optimize the tax system in the region, for example, since 2020, a number of rates for the simplified taxation system have been reduced. I propose to keep the reduced UAT rate for another 2 years for all categories of payers of this tax, and this is more than 1,200 legal entities and entrepreneurs across the region," - Texler said.

At the same time, he proposed to support developing farms and enterprises, for those who expand production, additionally attract personnel to the village, "to zero the UAT rate for the current and another 2 years for those taxpayers who maintain or increase employment from the previous tax period."

The regional component of compensatory subsidies for milk and meat production, breeding, crop production, and agricultural insurance increased to 102.4 million rubles. Another 290.8 million rubles will be incentive subsidies for growing vegetables, providing grants to seed farms, developing specialized beef cattle breeding and milk production.
